Ledger & reconciliation
Every movement of funds recorded in a double-entry ledger and reconciled automatically against your processors.
LDG
Fraud & risk screening
Every transaction scored in real time, with rules you control and clear reasons behind every decline.
RSK
Multi-currency settlement
Collect and pay out in the currency your customer used, settle in the one your business runs on.
FX
How a payment settles
The same four steps run behind every transaction, whether it's a single checkout or a batch of payouts.
Authorize
The payment method is verified and funds are held with the issuer or bank.
Screen
The risk engine scores the transaction and applies the rules you've configured.
Record
The movement is written to the ledger and matched against processor reports.
Settle
Funds are converted if needed and paid out on the schedule you set.
Built to pass an audit
Every entry in the ledger is immutable and timestamped. Every access to sensitive data is logged. Compliance isn't a layer added on top — it's how the platform is written.
Used by payment platforms, marketplaces, and neobanks moving funds daily.

Get in touchAbout Fin-Server
Payment rails should be boring. Reliable, auditable, boring.
Fin-Server was built after watching too many finance teams chase down a missing settlement across three dashboards and a spreadsheet. We started with the ledger, not the checkout button — everything else was built around keeping that ledger correct.
Accuracy first
A transaction is either fully recorded or it doesn't happen. There's no in-between state where money is unaccounted for.
Transparent by default
Every fee, every conversion, every hold is visible in the ledger — not buried in a settlement report you have to request.
Built for resilience
Payments keep processing through a single provider outage. The platform is built assuming things will fail.
How the teams behind it work
Fin-Server is built by engineers who came from payments and banking infrastructure, alongside a compliance team that reviews every product decision before it ships — not after.
Engineering
Owns uptime, latency, and the ledger's correctness.
Compliance
Reviews licensing, reporting, and data handling.
Risk
Tunes fraud rules against real transaction patterns.
Support
Answers settlement questions, not just outages.

Everything between "charge the customer" and "money in the bank."
Each service below runs independently or as part of the full platform — start with what you need and add the rest as you grow.
Payment processing
Accept cards, bank transfers, and regional payment methods through a single API. Fin-Server routes each transaction to the processor most likely to approve it, and retries automatically on soft declines.
PAY-01
Ledger & reconciliation
A double-entry ledger records every movement of funds as it happens. Incoming processor and bank reports are matched against it automatically, and mismatches are flagged before they become month-end problems.
LDG-02
Fraud & risk engine
Every transaction is scored in real time against device, behavioral, and network signals. Rules are yours to configure, and every decline comes with a clear reason your team can explain to a customer.
RSK-03
Multi-currency settlement
Collect in the currency your customer paid with and settle in the one your business banks with. Conversion rates and fees are itemized in the ledger, never bundled into a single opaque line.
FX-04
Payouts & disbursements
Schedule payouts to sellers, contractors, or partners on your own cadence — instant, daily, or on a custom schedule — with balances tracked per recipient.
OUT-05
Compliance & KYC tooling
Identity verification, sanctions screening, and audit-ready reporting come built in, so onboarding a new customer or partner doesn't mean stitching together three separate vendors.
CMP-06
Developer API & webhooks
A single REST API and webhook stream cover payments, the ledger, payouts, and compliance events — with a sandbox that mirrors production exactly.

Services — Payment processing
One integration, every way your customers want to pay.
Accept a payment once, and Fin-Server handles the routing, retries, and reporting behind it — regardless of which method or processor was involved.
Accepted methods
- Credit and debit cards, worldwide
- Bank transfers — ACH, SEPA, and local rails
- Direct debit and recurring mandates
- Digital wallets built into the customer's device
Smart routing
Each transaction is sent to the processor most likely to approve it based on card type, region, and recent performance. Soft declines are retried automatically before you ever see a failed charge.
Reporting
Every authorization, capture, and refund is written to the ledger the moment it happens — visible in the dashboard or streamed to your systems over webhooks.
Integration
One REST API and a set of client libraries cover checkout, tokenization, and refunds, with a sandbox that mirrors production behavior exactly.
Ready to see it against your own transaction mix?
Talk to salesServices — Ledger & reconciliation
A ledger that closes itself.
Every dollar that moves through Fin-Server is recorded twice — once as it leaves, once as it lands — so the books balance by construction, not by month-end effort.
Double-entry by default
Every transaction debits one account and credits another — a card charge debits the customer's balance and credits your payable, for example — so the ledger can never be left in a half-recorded state.
Automatic matching
Settlement files from processors and banks are matched against ledger entries continuously. Anything that doesn't reconcile is surfaced as an exception, not discovered three weeks later.
Immutable audit trail
Entries are never edited in place. Corrections are made with a new, linked entry, so the full history of a balance is always reconstructable for an auditor or regulator.
Exception handling
Mismatches route to a queue with the transaction, both sides of the entry, and the likely cause — so your finance team resolves them in minutes, not tickets.
Want to see a real reconciliation report?
Talk to salesServices — Compliance & KYC
Onboard verified customers without stitching together three vendors.
Identity checks, screening, and reporting run inside the same platform that processes the payment — so compliance data lives next to the transaction it belongs to.
Identity verification
Document checks, liveness detection, and business registry lookups confirm who you're onboarding, for both individuals and companies.
Sanctions & watchlist screening
Every new customer and every counterparty is screened against global sanctions and PEP lists, with rescreening on a schedule you set.
Ongoing monitoring
Transaction patterns are monitored for the signals regulators expect — unusual volume, structuring, or a change in behavior from a verified account.
Audit-ready reporting
Every check, decision, and override is logged with a reason, exportable in the format your auditor or regulator asks for.

2. Use of the platform
You agree to use Fin-Server only for lawful payment activity, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to circumvent the platform's risk or compliance controls.

Information we collect
Account details, transaction data, and information needed to verify identity as part of onboarding and ongoing compliance checks.
How we use it
To process payments, maintain the ledger, detect fraud, meet regulatory obligations, and provide support when you contact us.
Who we share it with
Payment processors, banking partners, and screening providers needed to complete a transaction — and regulators where we're legally required to report.
How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to what a role requires, and every access to sensitive records is logged.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we're not required to retain it for compliance reasons.

Security Overview
Security decisions are made where the platform is designed, not added afterward as a policy document.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest with industry-standard encryption. Card data is tokenized and never stored in raw form.
Infrastructure
The platform runs across isolated environments with redundancy built in, so a failure in one region doesn't stop payments from processing elsewhere.
Access controls
Access to production data follows least-privilege principles, requires multi-factor authentication, and is logged for every session.
Incident response
A dedicated on-call rotation monitors the platform continuously, with a documented process for containing, resolving, and disclosing incidents.
